Introduced to US gardens in 1953, celery is an often ridiculed crop, as many believe that it takes more energy to eat celery than one gets back in nutrition. However, what a lot of people miss is that celery is a very rich source of minerals, vitamin C, and dietary fibre.

Fresh celery tastes so much better than the pale store-bought stuff! And Tall Utah is no exception – a beautiful, dark-stemmed, highly disease-tolerant variety that can grow as tall as 75 cm with a crisp texture and surprisingly rich flavour.
